kw vs appeals

What can I do if I am dissatisfied with the decision of the court of appeals?

Video Transcription:

If you’re dissatisfied with the decision of the court of appeals you should consider whether or not to seek review in the Florida Supreme Court. They are a court of limited jurisdiction so they cannot review every decision from the district courts. Instead you need to look at the limited categories of jurisdiction, such as, whether there’s express and direct conflict. Whether it affects a class of constitutional officers, etc. and see if you can fit you appellate decision into one of those categories.
